The work

Three trades on one dock: move, pack, haul.

We do not run a storage mall or a white-glove theatre. We run local moves, honest packing, and short-haul inside the Ashkelon–Ashdod–Kiryat Gat triangle.

Local moves

Apartment to apartment, with the stairwell treated as a workplace.

A local move is a sequence: protect the rail, empty the rooms in lots, load so the first-off pieces are the ones you need tonight. We time the truck to building rules and to the Friday clock.

Studios, three-room flats, and small offices are the daily bread. Whole-floor office relocations belong to someone with a larger fleet. We will say so rather than pretend.

Packing

Kraft paper, square cartons, tape that actually sticks in August.

You can pack with us, buy materials from the dock, or leave the kitchen and glass to the crew. Mixed jobs are normal. Mystery bags of “misc” are not.

Fragile Pack 01 · Paper Sheets of packing paper folded beside a tape gun on the packing bench

Paper wrap

Crockery, lamps, and frames. Paper first, then a carton that closes without a bulge. We would rather use more sheets than hear glass in the stairwell.

Stack only Pack 02 · Cartons Double-wall moving cartons taped shut and labelled by room

Carton sales & pack-out

Double-wall boxes from the yard. Wardrobe cartons when hanging space matters. We will not load open supermarket crates that collapse at the second landing.

Short-haul

Ashkelon to Ashdod, Ashkelon to Kiryat Gat, and the reverse before lunch.

Short-haul is the product: one truck, one day, two addresses that already share a weather and a road. We are not a Tel Aviv shuttle and not a port freight agent.

If both ends sit in the triangle, ask for a same-week date. If one end sits far north, we will tell you to hire someone whose map matches yours.

Extras, written first

Stairs and pianos are services, not surprises.

Walk-up landings

Floor number, lift size, and whether the wardrobe turns on the half-landing. Priced as time and backs, not as a mood.

Piano surcharge

Upright or grand, indoor stairs or street steps. Extra crew and slower tempo. Named on the quote before the first blanket goes on.

Partial loads

A room, a studio clear-out, or an office floor of desks. Still a proper lot list — still not a junk run.

On the landing

We pad what the building will remember.

Banisters, corners, and lift doors take the hits if nobody plans. The crew carries blankets as a habit, not as a favour. If your building wants a deposit or a time window, put it on the booking strip so the truck is not arguing with a guard at 07:10.

Materials from the dock: packing paper, tape, mattress bags, and cartons. You may collect them before the move day if you are packing the books yourself.

The desk will not invent a number without a stair count. Call during yard hours or use the contact note.
